All properties under our management follow the same process from advertising, through reference checks into inspection criteria and through to lease exit and re-let.
One of the key differences between Almond Valley Property Centre and other management providers is our property inspection frequency – we inspect all properties at least once every 2 months. We believe that inspections every 3 or in some cases every 6 months are inadequate to ensure your property is being maintained correctly.
We are members of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme and comply with the voluntary codes set by Landlord Accreditation Scotland, offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary insurance to protect clients’ money plus a complaints procedure offering independent redress.
