Find an available property and arrange a viewing.
Contact the office and complete our registration forms.
Pay your rental and deposit and we will get the lease signed up.

Getting a property is straightforward. As long as you pass the criteria we set we will arrange for the creation of your new tenancy.
All tenants are required to complete a reference check if they wish to rent any of our properties. On successful completion of this check, our staff will run through the process and guide you with all the necessary documentation required.
All properties must pay 1 month’s deposit and 1 months’ rent in advance. All our tenancies are issued as Short assured tenancies and are for a minimum of 6 months. Notice to end our tenancies is 2 months.

All of our tenancies require a deposit. The actual funds are held in a third party deposit scheme and any claims made against this at the end of the tenancy, if any, can be challenged and ultimately decided upon by an independent body.
